Rylax Booking Agrrement And Conditions
The contract
When you decide on the holiday you require, you must contact Rylax to find out whether or not the arrangements you want are available. If they are, you must complete a booking form and pay a deposit. Rylax will then issue a confirmation invoice. It is at this time that a contract is made between you and Rylax.
Payment Terms
• Provided you book at least three months before your intended departure date, you must make a deposit of 40% of the total fare. The final balance must be paid as indicated on the invoice form.
• If you book within a week before the tour, the total holiday price must be paid at the time of booking.
• Please note that, we do not issue reminders for sums which are owed. Failure to pay will result in your holiday being cancelled where Rylax will then impose cancellation charges on you upon the delay period.
What does your holiday price include
The items included in each tour element are contained in the various packages published on the website
What your holiday price excludes
Your holiday price excludes:
1. Transport between your home and departure point.
2. Holiday insurance premiums .
3. Items of personal nature such as telephone calls, newspapers etc.
4. Gratuities to the tour Managers, Drivers, guides etc which is left to the individual’s discretion.
Your Holiday Price
When you have booked your holiday and paid your deposit or the total holiday amount, the total holiday price as shown on your confirmation invoice is guaranteed and will not be subject to surcharges unless you or the agency changes your holiday.
Rylax rights to change your holiday
Rylax reserve the right to make changes in your tour arrangement when the need arises where you will be informed on time at your own convenience.
Your ability to change your holiday
There are circumstances in which you may change your holiday’s arrangements. They are as follows:
- If you change your holiday arrangements before the issue of a confirmation invoice by Rylax, no contract has been in existence between you and Rylax and therefore you are free to change as you wish.
- If you change your booking after the issue of a confirmation invoice by Rylax, some days before departure date, Rylax will change your holiday arrangements subject to availability. However amendment fee will be charged.
- If you decide to change your holidays 48 hours before departure, this will be treated as cancellation and new booking. You will be liable to pay cancellation charges set out.
- If for any reason you want to transfer your holiday to another person or group, it will be treated as a change of holiday and all rights of change apply .
Complaints
To facilitate good resolutions to travel problems, travellers are advised to lodge complaints pertaining to their travel as soon as possible so that necessary actions can be taken to make your future travel a pleasure.
